The usual process on SMS Nova is:

Select country → select service → get a number → enter the number on the website → request OTP → return to SMS Nova to receive the code.

If the OTP has not appeared, do not immediately request multiple new codes repeatedly. Check the status of the number and wait for a reasonable amount of time. Some senders or international routes may experience delays.
